Department Coordinators
Department Coordinators are the operational leaders within each department. They supervise team leaders, coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, ensure compliance with policies, and serve as the communication link between the Department Director and frontline teams.
Team Leaders
The Team Leader is the frontline leader responsible for supervising volunteers and ensuring that daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with UnityReach Global's mission and operational standards.
Volunteer Position
