Position Summary
- The Department Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of a specific functional area, ensuring that staff, volunteers, equipment, schedules, and resources are organized and operating efficiently
- The Coordinator ensures that departmental goals are achieved while maintaining UnityReach Global's standards of professionalism, safety, accountability, and Christian service

- For a 100–200 volunteer mission, UnityReach Global should have approximately 25–35 Department Coordinators across all operational areas. Each Coordinator should supervise 2–5 Team Leaders, with each Team Leader overseeing 5–10 volunteers. This structure creates a clear chain of command, improves communication, and allows leaders to respond quickly to operational needs while ensuring every volunteer receives guidance and support
