Privacy Policy
We treat the personal information entrusted to us with the same care we bring to the communities we serve.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how UnityReach Global, an initiative of Sapibon Foundation, handles personal information collected through UnityReachGlobal.org, our forms, and our mission programs.
It applies to donors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, staff, and general website visitors.

- Contact details you submit, such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing location.
- Volunteer application details, including church or sending organization, travel party members, shirt sizes, and passport status.
- Health, dietary, or accessibility information you voluntarily provide so we can care for you during mission travel.
- Giving details such as amount, designation, and receipt information. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
- Account information for registered users, including login email and role assignment.
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working properly.
3. How we use your information
- Processing and acknowledging gifts, and issuing receipts.
- Reviewing volunteer applications and coordinating mission logistics, travel, and safety.
- Sending mission updates, newsletters, and program reports you have asked to receive.
- Responding to questions submitted through our contact and partnership forms.
- Meeting recordkeeping, accounting, and legal obligations of a U.S. nonprofit organization.
4. How we protect your information
Records are stored in access-controlled systems. Sensitive volunteer information, including medical and dietary notes, is limited to authorized staff who need it for participant care.
Administrative actions on donor and volunteer records are logged for accountability.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as payment processing, email delivery, and hosting — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
6. Photographs and mission media
Mission photography and video are collected with respect for the dignity and consent of every person served. Volunteers agree to follow our photography, child safeguarding, and privacy standards while on assignment.
7. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about minors traveling on a mission is provided by a parent or legal guardian as part of the family registration process.
8. Your choices
- You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any message.
- You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal and accounting purposes.
