Donation & Refund Policy

1. Who receives your gift

Donations are made to Sapibon Foundation in support of UnityReach Global programs. Sapibon Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

2. Designated and undesignated gifts

Gifts designated to a specific program — such as the Haiti mission, the 100 Children Initiative, medical outreach, or clean water — are applied to that program.

If a designated program is fully funded, complete, or cannot proceed, the organization may redirect the gift to a closely related need consistent with our mission. Donors may contact us to discuss an alternative designation.

3. Receipts and acknowledgements

• An email receipt is issued automatically when an online gift is completed.
• Annual giving summaries are available on request.
• Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for a contribution unless otherwise disclosed.

4. Recurring and sponsorship gifts

Student sponsorships and recurring gifts continue until you cancel. You may change or cancel a recurring gift at any time by contacting us, and the change takes effect before the next scheduled charge.

5. Refunds and corrections

• Gifts are generally considered final once processed and applied to mission work.
• If a gift was made in error, duplicated, or charged in the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we will review and correct it.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the receipt record is updated to reflect the refunded status.
• Volunteer participation contributions follow the cancellation terms in the Volunteer Terms and the participation agreement.

6. Costs of fundraising and administration

A portion of gifts supports the coordination, administration, and reporting required to carry out mission work responsibly. We aim to keep these costs modest and to report them clearly.

7. Gift acceptance

We may decline gifts that are unlawful, restricted in a way we cannot fulfill, conditioned on a benefit to the donor, or inconsistent with our Christ-centered mission. In-kind gifts are accepted when they meet a documented program need.

8. Donor privacy

We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information. Donors may request anonymity in any published listing, and may opt out of communications at any time.
