The Volunteer Director is responsible for recruiting, screening, training, supporting, and managing all volunteers who serve with UnityReach Global. This department ensures every volunteer is properly prepared, assigned, equipped, and cared for before, during, and after each mission.
The Volunteer Director works closely with every department to match volunteers according to their skills, experience, professional qualifications, ministry interests, and mission needs.
