The Logistics Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistical operations for UnityReach Global. This department ensures that volunteers, equipment, medical supplies, humanitarian aid, vehicles, accommodations, food, and mission resources are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

The Logistics Director works closely with the Mission Director, Finance Director, Medical Director, Volunteer Director, and local partners to ensure every aspect of the mission is properly supported.

  • Coordinate return travel

  • Prepare logistics reports
  • Document lessons learned and recommendations for future missions
  • This structure creates a Logistics Department of approximately 70–90 personnel, capable of supporting a 100–200 volunteer international humanitarian mission while ensuring efficient transportation, accommodations, procurement, inventory management, food service, cargo handling, and operational support
