The Partnerships Director is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening strategic relationships that support the mission of UnityReach Global. This department develops partnerships with churches, conferences, healthcare organizations, universities, businesses, foundations, government agencies, international organizations, and individual donors.

The Partnerships Director leads fundraising partnerships, sponsorship development, grant collaborations, and community engagement to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of UnityReach Global.

Core Responsibilities

    Before the Mission

    • Build partnerships with churches, conferences, hospitals, universities, corporations, foundations, and government agencies
    • Secure grants, sponsorships, and in-kind donations
    • Recruit institutional partners and volunteers
    • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements
    • Organize fundraising events and awareness campaigns
    • Maintain a comprehensive partner database and communication plan

    During the Mission

    • Host visiting sponsors and partner representatives
    • Coordinate partner engagement activities
    • Provide regular mission updates to key partners
    • Recognize sponsors and collaborating organizations
    • Facilitate media opportunities for strategic partners where appropriate
    • Ensure partnership commitments are fulfilled

    After the Mission

    • Deliver impact reports and financial stewardship reports to partners
    • Conduct partnership evaluation meetings
    • Send appreciation letters and recognition awards
    • Renew partnership agreements for future missions
    • Identify new collaboration opportunities based on mission outcomes
    • Update the strategic partnership plan for the next mission cycle
    • This structure creates a Partnerships Department of approximately 45–55 staff members and volunteers, providing the capacity to manage relationships with churches, conferences, hospitals, universities, businesses, foundations, government agencies, NGOs, and major donors while ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of UnityReach Global
