Donor trust, disclosure & privacy
- Donations are made to Sapibon Foundation in support of UnityReach Global programs. Sapibon Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
- No goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution unless otherwise disclosed in writing. Gifts are irrevocable once received.
- Designations are honored as requested. If a designated need is fully funded, leadership may redirect the gift to the most closely related program need.
- Zelle transfers are handled entirely by your bank — UnityReach Global never sees or stores your bank credentials or account numbers. We only record the details you submit below.
- Your information is used solely to verify, acknowledge, and report your gift. We never sell, rent, or trade donor information, and you may request removal or an anonymous listing at any time by emailing info@unityreachglobal.org.

We accept credit and debit cards online, Zelle, bank wire and ACH transfers, checks, money orders, cash, in-person card payments and donor-advised fund grants. Every gift is receipted by Sapibon Foundation Inc.

UnityReach Global is an initiative of Sapibon Foundation, a U.S. 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless stated in writing at the time of the gift.
Every completed gift receives a written email receipt showing the amount, designation, and date. Retain that receipt for your records; the IRS requires written acknowledgment for any single gift of $250 or more.
Designations: gifts marked for a specific program are used for that program. If that need is fully met, the organization may redirect the gift to the area of greatest need, consistent with IRS guidance and our stewardship policy.
Education donations: Restricted education donations will be applied to the selected education purpose. When a designated need has been fully funded or cannot be completed, funds may be redirected to a substantially similar education need, subject to the organization's gift-acceptance policy and applicable law.
Refunds and recurring gifts: if a gift was made in error or in a wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we will correct or refund it. Monthly gifts continue until canceled and can be canceled at any time by phone or email, with no penalty.
Volunteer contributions fund mission operations for the participating volunteer and are generally not deductible as a personal charitable contribution. Consult your tax advisor.
Privacy: donor information is used only for receipts, acknowledgments, and mission updates. We never sell or rent donor data. Card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
