Annual Report

1. Purpose of the annual report

The annual report is our primary public account of what was done, what it cost, and what changed as a result. It is written for donors, church and institutional partners, volunteers, and the Haitian leaders we serve alongside.

The report is prepared by UnityReach Global staff and reviewed by Sapibon Foundation leadership before publication.

2. Reporting period

Each report covers a full calendar year of activity. Because our flagship project runs from December 14, 2028 through January 3, 2029, the mission is reported across the two calendar years it spans, with a consolidated mission summary published after the team returns.

3. What each report contains

• A letter from leadership summarizing the year
• Program summaries for medical outreach, clean water, education, feeding, relief distribution, and evangelism
• Volunteer participation figures, including teams sent and hours served
• Sources of support: individual gifts, church and ministry partners, institutional sponsors, and in-kind donations
• Use of funds by program area and by administrative and fundraising cost
• Named recognition of partners who consented to be listed
• Goals for the coming year and progress against goals previously published

4. How outcomes are measured

We report activity counts we can document — patients seen, water systems installed or serviced, students enrolled and retained, meals served, families registered, Bibles and materials distributed — and we distinguish clearly between counts we recorded directly and estimates provided by local partners.

Where a number is an estimate, the report says so. We do not publish projected figures as if they were results.

5. Photography, stories, and consent

Stories and photographs appear in the report only with the consent of the people pictured or described, or of a parent or guardian for minors. Identifying details of children, patients, and beneficiaries are limited or withheld where publication could place someone at risk.

6. Publication and availability

Reports are published on this website at no cost and remain available as an archive. Printed copies can be requested for church presentations, grant applications, and board reviews.

7. Corrections

If an error is identified after publication, we correct the online version, note the correction and its date, and inform any partner whose information was affected.

8. Requesting a report

Written requests for current or prior reporting may be sent to info@unityreachglobal.org or 954-554-0525. We respond to documentation requests from donors, grantmakers, and partner institutions.
